Each contractor operates their own independent business and ABN and is solely responsible for the services they provide.The contractor is responsible for all aspects of the booking, including communication with the customer, appointment scheduling, attendance, payment collection, the inspection or examination performed, inspection outcomes, certificates issued or refused, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Any questions, concerns or disputes relating to the service provided should be directed to the contractor who carried out the work.
